The RSVP International Food Mill is crafted from non-reactive and hygienic 18-8 stainless steel. It measures 8 by 4.5 inches with a 7.5-inch handle. With this food mill, you can prepare applesauce, tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, strained carrots, peach purée, or raspberry coulis. It includes three interchangeable stainless steel discs in fine, medium, and coarse textures. 

To extend the life of the wooden handle, hand washing the mill is recommended, although the discs are dishwasher safe.
