The Swissmar V-Prep mandoline slicer comes with a storage container for the V-Slicer and inserts, featuring a safety clip that allows slicing directly inside. The slicer body includes a slide-in insert for thick/thin slicing with two precision thickness options. It also has two additional slide-in inserts, 7mm and 3.5mm, for julienning or shredding. 

The compact Safety Holder is easy to use, can rotate 45 degrees for different cuts, and the adjustable pusher exerts minimal pressure to avoid crushing the produce. Made from durable ABS plastic, the unit comfortably fits in the palm of the hand during use. Steel pins ensure a secure grip on the produce, resulting in even slices every time. The ambidextrous food holder is adjustable to accommodate various shapes and sizes of food and doubles as a scoop for the sliced produce.
