Refund & Return Policy

At Our Kitchen Corner, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help resolve it.

We accept returns and will issue refunds only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of purchase. Proof of the issue is required and may include a photo of the item or returning the item to the store for inspection.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been reviewed and approved. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use of the product
• Clearance or final sale items

If your item arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim if needed.
